Eternity band question

So I was reading comments on this sub recently & someone said anyone with an eternity band should expect to have to replace diamonds because some will fall out over time. I just got my (3/4) eternity band 2 weeks ago & I love it sm. It's exactly what I wanted, but now I'm kinda worried I made a mistake choosing it. Has anyone had an eternity band long term? Is it inevitable that stones will fall out?
